Spring is springing

Updated: Dec 20, 2019

Now that the winter chill is starting to ease many of you will be heading outdoors. Did you know that accidents are the #1 cause of death in those under 45? Have you had a significant life event in the past year like the birth of a child, a marriage or divorce in the family, or perhaps the death of a loved one? If so, it is probably time to think about updating your end-of-life contingency plans. Set your mind at ease regarding your health and finances should the unexpected happen.

There are many ways to put your final wishes into place. Death and Taxes: Fallout from the Baby Boom provides you with many suggestions on how to put a plan into action, most of which are free or cost very little. More importantly, the book offers insights on how to handle a variety of situations that you will experience as your elders' become less independent. Issues that most of us will be forced to face include the health, money, and safety of our parents and grandparents.
